Awesome place to break into clinical trials and top notch solution. Had growing pains but seemed to be going in the right direction. Good work life balance

Cons

Family owned business and good luck with any career growth outside of the EU. Amateur sales leadership structure. Never really know what your incentive plan is until a year later. Too many games with compensation and incentives.

None. Seriously, run. They hire recent college grads to try to extract as much as they can from you before you quit and before you know your worth. One of the senior people in charge is actually an idiot and doesn’t understand how anything works, yet she keeps falling up because she licks managements booty.

Cons

Literally everything is horrible about this place.
