Pros

Employee Discount is great (on their brand only) District Manager was friendly

Cons

Company is setup to pay as little commission as possible. Too often you get stuck working until 1:00-2:00am Corporate has no respect for sales or commissions by assigning 45+hours of operations per week. Upper Management (DM and up) always promising bonuses that never come. Goals set well above market expectation, competitor trends, seasonality, etc.
