Pros

You end up learning quite a bit about nutritional supplements and wellness. However, most of the learning is self-directed.

Cons

Upper management could really care less about you and you are not rewarded for good ideas. Bonuses are tricky to get because if the store doesn't make plan for the month, you don't get paid your bonus. (Even if you, personally, have stellar numbers.) There is no incentive in a poorly performing store. There is high pressure to be an aggressive salesperson and you have to speak from a script. Pay is dismal. People get fired at the drop of a hat. If someone at the company wants you gone, they'll find any little thing to make sure you go.
