Pros

Employee Discount, District Manager is wonderful, the culture of the other store managers, the products, the customers, the competitive atmosphere, the work to life balance

Cons

The Pay. The one and only con to this job is the pay is ridiculous. You can't expect someone to run your stores for less than 30k a year. Anytime there is a budget cut, they take it out on the retail employees. They are sneaky and deceptive when they cut pay, and they even try to make it sound like some sort of reward when they "rebalance" commission.. aka.. drop it down to where they are pocketing more of your money.
