Pros

The discount is alright. You get to work with people who have similar interest in the field.

Cons

Upper management has no clue why our customers feel scorned. They tell us that if our regular customers don't like our prices, we don't need them, we'll get more. The people they have to train us don't vitamin c from calcium, and they are going to tell us how to sell supplements. The stock has fallen from over $60 down to $29 since the take over and the company is falling apart. Another downside is explaining why there is no BOGO free.
