Leadership is focusing on enhancing company culture Fully remote environment Everyone has a voice Lots of encouragement from leadership Competitive pay Great benefits, PTO, and sick leave Health insurance is half the cost of my last employer and has better providers Awesome co-workers

Cons

Because it's a newer company, some of the processes aren't 100% hammered out, but I can see the teams continuously working to improve this, so isn't really a con.

They have leadership that is engaged and is willing to fix issues if you raise them. They started to do performance reviews and give adequate raises.The benefits are solid and the culture overall is pretty good.

Cons

Can be busy depending on the time of year.

Cons

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
