Vivsoft is a great place to work, with great culture, and compensation. I see huge growth potential for Vivsoft, as well it's employees. I appreciate the ability to be candid with senior management regarding things that are going well, AND things that are needing improvement.

Cons

PTO is a bit lean.

They have leadership that is engaged and is willing to fix issues if you raise them. They started to do performance reviews and give adequate raises.The benefits are solid and the culture overall is pretty good.

Cons

Can be busy depending on the time of year.

Cons

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
