Pros

Great people to work with good technologically challenging work opportunities. Great openness to self-improvement and moving into positions of higher responsibilities. Great culture of flexibility and taking care of personal issues when they come up.

Cons

Only complaint I've got is the benefits are about average compared to the tech industry. - No Parental leave, relies on short term disability. - Much lower PTO/Sick leave compared to other companies - Rest of the benefits are good.

They have leadership that is engaged and is willing to fix issues if you raise them. They started to do performance reviews and give adequate raises.The benefits are solid and the culture overall is pretty good.

Cons

Can be busy depending on the time of year.

Cons

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
