-Flat organization. It is very easy to talk to anyone across the organization -The flexibility they offer is second to none -They are focused on growth and put the employee first. -Competitive time off and benefits that are constantly improving

Cons

-Young company. Not a con but a lot of processes are being stood up. It gets better each month and company news letters and information flow from HR is great

They have leadership that is engaged and is willing to fix issues if you raise them. They started to do performance reviews and give adequate raises.The benefits are solid and the culture overall is pretty good.

Can be busy depending on the time of year.

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
