They have leadership that is engaged and is willing to fix issues if you raise them. They started to do performance reviews and give adequate raises.The benefits are solid and the culture overall is pretty good.

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
