Pros
The culture here is simply unmatched. The sheer amount of positivity, enthusiasm, and support you recieve at Vivax is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I've worked for many jobs that claimed to be a fun, close-knit environment, but Vivax actually delivers on that and has since its creation. You actually feel cared for, seen, heard, and set up for success and growth. The training is thorough, and you go into your role knowing exactly what you signed up for. You will make friends, you will make money, you will have fun, and you will grow both personally and professionally.
Cons
While not necessarily cons for me, some things to consider are: You will be working outside in the elements and putting in several miles on concrete every single day. If that isn't something you can do, try a different position! You *will* experience rejection. It's not an easy job. Having the privilege to work for such an amazing company means you have to hustle and lock in.
