Pros
As someone who joined Vivax Pros right out of college, I can confidently say this has been the best place to start my professional career. I have been here for about seven months and from day one I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged to ask questions and grow. Transitioning into the professional world can be intimidating, but the team here made it easy by creating a culture where openness, respect and connection is at the forefront of all that we do. Each day I am empowered to contribute meaningfully while continuing to develop my professional skills. What truly sets Vivax apart is how much they value their people. You’re part of a team that listens, supports your growth, and genuinely wants to see you succeed in all aspects of your life. I am fortunate to have found such a positive and supportive place to build my confidence and gain real life experiences.
Cons
One aspect of this position that can be challenging is the consistent interaction with a wide variety of people throughout the day. In this role, you are sometimes tasked with navigating unpredictable conversations and dealing with a wide range of different situations and emotions homeowners have. While this has helped me grow in resilience and improve my positive communication skills, it also means that you sometimes have limited control over how each interaction goes.
