Pros
Plenty of Pros to choose from. To start off, its a great building to work in. Colorful and lively. There is a gym in the basement available for use. There is currently a great set of managers who are very encouraging, motivating, and understanding leaders. Team members are welcoming and helpful to new hires. The work can be fun and also frustrating. This position requires critical thinking, objection handling, tonality (since all of your conversations are with homeowners via phone call). Sometimes these phone calls are enjoyable. You also have the ability to shadow other roles in the company, and there seems to be room for promotion every now and then. It's fun to work there, there is a lot of good things to say about the role and company.
Cons
If I had to choose a con about the job, it is that it requires you to sit at a computer for pretty much the entire day. As a person that likes to be up and at it, sitting at an office computer is my least favorite aspect of the job. There are solutions to this, a standing desk for example. Other than that, a job is a job and there are more pros than cons for this job.
