Shift to fully remote environment since the pandemic, despite the fact it was overwhelmingly voted for by the entire employee base, has taken a toll on the culture, especially for people who like to interact day to day with others in person. Remote work is not for everyone. Also, cultural norms are just different at small (<80 people) startups vs. blue chip company with hundreds of thousand employees. This can be a hard transition for companies to make when acquired.

Good location and flex hours

Bad culture, mid-managers are slackers who hardly do any work and have contributed to poor work environment culture of job insecurity for their teams; lack of training; poor benefits; lack of advancement opportunities; lack of good HR practices. I will not recommend this firm unless you are willing to work crazy hours and are fine with no career advancement opportunities.
