Poor work environment and bad culture

Good location and flex hours

Cons

Bad culture, mid-managers are slackers who hardly do any work and have contributed to poor work environment culture of job insecurity for their teams; lack of training; poor benefits; lack of advancement opportunities; lack of good HR practices. I will not recommend this firm unless you are willing to work crazy hours and are fine with no career advancement opportunities.

Ability to work remote, that's about it.

Cons

An Optum/UHG company, healthcare is more than prior employers that also had UHG for medical insurance. Professionally immature group of management. Non-knowledgeable management group, do not know what they are doing. Toxic work environment.

Generous Company PTO and benefits.

Senior Leadership in one word "clueless". very low talented people overall and no accountability for missing targets. toxic workplace and employee retention is poor. Not organized, no structure, no systems or processes followed or enforced. It is a total chaos!
