Business Outlook
Pros
The atmosphere and talent were amazing and so was some of the leadership. Prior to the layoff of about a 1/3 of the company (40 people), management was getting in place and plans were moving forward to grow the company.
Cons
The firefighting every day. Once problems are band-aided, they never are fixed permanently, they will repeat often and management will once again put another band-aid on it. Laying off a large chunk of the company including the COO, doesn't instill confidence in a newer company. Also, the layoff of the majority of quality and the people responsible for HIPAA is a major step back from almost every company operating in the U.S.
