Poor executive leadership with lack of strategic plan for growing the organization. Poor morale after a massive RIF in February (folks had relocated families and were thanked with a $0 severance package). How is it possible to miss-manage growth of an organization by 33% in 1 year after a massive infusion of funding? Executive management continuing to practice the art of "managing folks out of the organization" to control costs as opposed to coaching for growth and there is definitely an "ol' boy network" of Gator alum - if you weren't in the graduating class you're probably disposable. Inability to bring a product to market without perpetual "patch" cycles. Advice to potential clients - a great product to pilot while considering options.
