We have clear policies and expectations around communication, behavior, and teamwork, and we take these very seriously. Instances of unprofessional conduct are not tolerated, and we encourage any employee who experiences or observes such behavior to report it so it can be addressed appropriately.
While our industry can indeed be fast-paced and demanding, we continually strive to balance performance expectations with employee well-being. Training, collaboration, and open communication are priorities for our leadership team, and we are actively investing in initiatives to strengthen mentorship, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across departments.
