Gatekeeping relevant information, processes needed to execute simple tasks - from director level process owners. Petty gatekeeping and inefficent, redundant work created by team leads. Executives comparing individual contributors to beaten puppies. Executive dismissing any of the above early on in tenure. Being cyberstalked by a 'mentor' after resigning. Having HR revert my address on benefits, more than 6 times, again, after resigning.
