Easy job, nice pay for what you do. Very simply and straight forward position

Cons

Typically shifts are in the evenings, so you have to plan for that as some of the shifts run a bit on the later side

* Flexible Hours * Decent Pay * Good perks * I love being out among people making friends * Getting to be able to help out kids to introduce them to sports for free is an amazing message

Cons

* At times a bit disorganized * Sometimes poor communication * I am a strong personality so if I see something wrong I will address it. Not all of the part time staff are like that and so I think the company should be a little more hands on in that sense
