Can be intense hours during peak periods Time in vs timing compensation. Customer service with aggressive customers takes some getting used to.

* Flexible Hours * Decent Pay * Good perks * I love being out among people making friends * Getting to be able to help out kids to introduce them to sports for free is an amazing message

Cons

* At times a bit disorganized * Sometimes poor communication * I am a strong personality so if I see something wrong I will address it. Not all of the part time staff are like that and so I think the company should be a little more hands on in that sense
