      Pros

      Some nice people still work there

      Cons

      There is absolutely no structure in the company. They promote people to invented roles, with no clear tasks, while others are completely overworked. The pay is miserable and they keep asking you to do things that are not part of your role, for the same miserable salary. And don't dare to ask for a raise... they'll just fire you for speaking up. They hire only young people that they can control however they want. Zero chance to grow.

      Pros

      * Flexible Hours * Decent Pay * Good perks * I love being out among people making friends * Getting to be able to help out kids to introduce them to sports for free is an amazing message

      Cons

      * At times a bit disorganized * Sometimes poor communication * I am a strong personality so if I see something wrong I will address it. Not all of the part time staff are like that and so I think the company should be a little more hands on in that sense

      Fun workplace, cool part-time job. Easy to pick up hours.

      - Chronically understaffed, but there’s too many people at the same time. I get so many notifications. - Players can be rude.
