Pros

Performance driven, and nimble with a "can do" mindset. Delivery based mindset, with an emphasis on technical ability and know how. Very strong team/family based mentality.

Cons

Limited career advancement. This is due to size of engineering staff at site. There is also a perception that upper management positions (even for local site) are open only to Swedish nationals.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
