Pros
Good learning opportunity for freshers Expect to be busy all the time (well its both pro and con )
Cons
The work culture at this company is nowhere near to a IT company culture. This seems to be just a family owned company that got lucky. You are paid hourly, so punch and punch out everyday like you are working in a mine field - which IT company does that? No WiFi for personal/guest use, no work from home -which IT company does that? Well actually, only certain "managers" are allowed to work from home and/or no restrictions on punching in/out - Discrimination? you might say! The office is cramped, no windows, no sun - you might feel working in a cave, 1 restroom/toilet amongst 30+ ppl. This company is just an IBM bodyshop and just like IBM, they don't like change and updates to with latest trends nor have the vision, nor want to listen from you. No 401K contribution. Health Insurance is way too expensive (because company does not contribute) and then Pizza every Friday - yes, its a con! All this adds up showcasing - the company does not really care about the employees, for them its just about business and growth. So what happens with talented employees here, they are not appreciated, heard, no growth -they just leave for better prospects.
