If you are after college then job is best. They hire without strong technical interview. Any basic developer can get salary over then he cost but salary do not growing due to over pay. They pay overtime always. You will grow on career if you work long time ever you cannot solve complex issues.
Cons
Nobody cannot estimate qualification and developer level correct. If senior developer ask raise salary then they say that we have partner company we will not pay to you more. Go to other job if you want. TDD and BDD is not allowed write in project that reason why so many bug on production. The program code can be committed to svn without code review. Agile is not exist there. All stories given are not analyzed . Nobody makes score for stories . Junior programmer can take simple tasks and fix them fast and say give raise salary but senior programmer will fix bugs which nobody cannot resolve and never get salary raise or will get 1 or 2 $ . Senior developer salary below market. Basic programmer can become Sr. Java Architect which even do not understand Java code and cannot fix complex issues. If will ask salary raise then you could be layoff or fired
