Pros
Gore hires good people that make the work environment freindly and amicable. Gore is located in a beautiful location in Flagstaff that offers many weekend activities. Gore gives employees a lot of personal freedom, hours and days worked are flexible and working from home is acceptable when needed. Gore has products that we are feel good about representing and working on.
Cons
It is hard to get personal recognition. Despite the Culture's claim to lack of structure, there is a great deal of heirachy and the little people rarely get to represent themselves. Salaries do not equal what the same job would receive at a another company, unless you make that happen up front. Salaries have not been increased to match the skyrocking cost of living in Flagstaff.
