The workplace culture is highly toxic and not as supportive of talent as they let on. High performers are targeted by internal cliques who deliberately engineer situations for them to fail. Management entirely condones this behavior, while simultaneously expecting absolute perfection from employees under impossible conditions—forgetting that people are not AI. Furthermore, professional merit is ignored; higher levels of education, years of experience, and employee longevity mean absolutely nothing. Management relies heavily on deflection and stalling tactics to delay growth opportunities. It is an exhausting environment that penalizes hard work and actively blocks career advancement.
