Pros
Innovation, resources and experience for the industry are readily available within the entire company. Internal and external relationships provide strong support to accomplish customer focused results.
Cons
Sometimes middle management employees are placed based on tenure of experience of the industry not necessarily people skills with motivational and strategic thinking approaches. Non-unification between departments is accepted. No matter how much training is provided, if people are placed within a sales structure that is overlapping each other to compete internally, it is counter productive.
