Pros
Hardly any. In billing they give a meal at the beginning of the month and offer standing desks if you get put on a super long list to receive one. Weekends off, guess that was nice.
Cons
EXTREMLEY POOR MANAGEMENT! Management will harrass you and treat you poorly if you put in your two weeks even if you're being laid off. Management has no consequences to treating staff poorly even after bringing it to the attention of HR as a team multiple times. No training, must sit next to someone who is a regular paid employee and hope they know how to train you. Poor pay! Republic services pays more for the same position. Work environment is depressing and everyone is very unhappy. They send jobs that aren't customer facing to India and lay off Americans. So much for an American company.
