Pros
In my experience the pros of this job was essentially the weekly pay and the representatives themselves.
Cons
This company has a lot of cons. For starters the leads are incompetent and display extreme levels of favoritism. The upper management of the Customer Experience don't pay people their worth of they do not have it in the "budget". Shady backend policy changes that can result in job abandonment if you leave the property on your 15 minute break. Leads don't help as much as often and they don't have an adsist line. Training courses have been shortened to accommodate for lack of reps on the on the phones.
