The management does not trust the employees and has very little training in professional management you are on physical and emotional lock down in a high stress. building You can be fired for anything and nothing. No job security and managers seem to think of crazy new rules to get rid of people before they can get a raise. Keep you so busy worrying about your job that you cant think of the customers.
