Pros
Large company benefits are available for a pretty reasonable price. This seems to be the primary attraction for most employees.
Cons
A commission structure so complex even the supervisor cannot explain it correctly. Strictly a call center environment where employees are REQUIRED to upsell on EVERY contact, even customers calling to cancel service. Failure to do so, even once, will halve your commissions. Company is continually adding more administrative requirements to staff yet still expect them to increase sales. Amazingly poor computer processes for such a large company. Immediate supervisor is quick to criticize but offers no positive feedback.
