Pros
The structured teams in the Accounts Payable department allows for teams to work concurrently with each other towards a singular goal, which in turn, delegates the work between others instead of it all being put on one employee. Fellow Employees are great to be around, as well as the Manager/Employee relationship. I feel i can go to my manager regarding any issues i have, as well as any suggestions to make work more efficient and they will take it into consideration. It seems like everyone is given an opportunity at WM to move up or around teams internally. The SLT is stabilizing and the CEO is pretty great as well! You are commended by your peers and managers when you work hard, and strive to ensure you're putting 110% into everything you do. Its well worth it in the end.
Cons
There are some employees on the same team who isolate themselves from others, causing teams to sometimes work over each other and create redundant work. Sometimes teams are given very short deadlines which results in everyone working around the clock and creating a very frustrating environment. Technology 'upgrades' are not upgrades as much as they are cost cutting measures that affect work flow significantly.
