WM is a huge company, so people can have vastly different experiences. I reported to an office out of Connecticut. If you weren't one of the favorites of the leadership team of that division, your career was dead. You weren't going anywhere. The leader of the group is a smart guy who can execute, but he and his inner circle have some silly ideas that they want validated by a chorus of 'yes-men.' Bottom-line: If you can handle faking it and pretending to like terrible ideas and inefficient processes for the decent pay and benefits, then go for it. If you have to speak your mind, work somewhere else because you wont' last long.
