Pros
Good place for unskilled individuals to make decent money compared to other call centers. Sounds good at first - co-workers really talked up the manager, sounded all positive. Some mid-level management looked like they knew what they were doing.
Cons
Listening to complaints all day long from customers very mind deadening. Training wasn't much value when placed in the role after 3 weeks. Sink or swim factor at play, no time to request help and nobody available to provide assistance. Cliques among co-workers ( longer term employees very unfriendly and stand-offish, all about the potlucks and such all day long)
