      Solid place - Route Manager WM Employee Review

      Pros

      Money is good as long as you hit your metrics. The company as a whole cares about employees and retention. Guaranteed 40hours through the pandemic for all hourly employees.

      Cons

      Work life balance is not great. Often have an Alternating scheduled start time (I.e. 3:30am for 2 weeks, then 9:00am for 2 weeks). You never have a consistent schedule. Senior Leadership talks out of both sides of their mouth. No room for autonomous or creative decision making. Many things are very black and white. Many KPIs make it difficult to treat employees well.

      Pros

      to be honest no pros.

      Cons

      Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
