Pros
There were some great supervisors and cared about their employees. Some fun activities to keep the work as fun as it could be. The company was ok, but seemed to be mostly about the money.
Cons
Supervisors had their hands tied by call center management. Call center employees were treated as low level employees and were rarely considered for anything outside the call center. Many coworkers did not take the job seriously which makes it harder on the rest of the team. Overall it is a tough environment to enjoy!
