      Pros

      Overall friendly atmosphere, open door policy, company is geared to developing talent and upward career mobility, and managers sometimes give out recognition awards. The attire is mostly business casual. They have a decent low cost dental and health insurance plan. Hybrid or WFH option for some departments.

      Cons

      Demanding work load, heavy on deadlines and meeting company goals. Constantly developing/changing procedures. Few holidays off for the majority of market areas (branches), only major holidays like Christmas, Memorial Day etc. Salaries aren’t competitive enough for the work being done, could pay their employees more.

      I honestly can't think of any good points about WM.

      Cons

      Lying management Low pay Lots of employees with nothing to do, then others doing all the work... great place for the lazy and unambitious Promotions based on tenure and apple polishing, not merit Out of touch c suite No ethics or integrity HR protects lying management at the expense of rank and file Lying management, again
