It's all in the department. Policies are not clear, nothing is updated in our department or in technology, no incentives, no follow up on consistently reported issues, unethical sales team and account success representative always defends sales getting their commission over correctly or truthfully doing what's asked. In this department you make changes FOR the sales representatives who ignore you, ignore their customers, and they get commission off of it. You get $0 for managing their accounts. Tons of excuses as to why this is okay and you get yelled at by customer instead for their mistakes which are frequent. Half the day you wonder if managers are even at their computer. No room advancement like other reviews say, unless you want to move into an equally unappetizing customer service/sales role. Extremely low pay for the amount of problems we fix for extreme company profits. Manager gets bonuses off extra calls so they hound you and manipulate you for more outside of your pay.
