They will pigeon hole their good employees and only with the threat of quitting will they then throw everything at them to keep them. They do burn out the good ones and very little thanks comes their way. Slackers seem to skate by and only when it’s overwhelming obvious do they take action. Favoritism has been noticed and if you don’t play their game then you will just be one of the flock. In dispatch it’s hard to move up since the management level positions are so few and rarely do they leave to make room.
