      Solid company overall but does have faults - Dispatcher/Router Combo WM Employee Review

      Pros

      The benefits overall make it worthwhile and the fact that this position is a Monday through Friday position with options to work on Saturday. The pay is fair enough depending on the role you play. Depending on the office you are in there may or may not be an abundance of overtime.

      Cons

      They will pigeon hole their good employees and only with the threat of quitting will they then throw everything at them to keep them. They do burn out the good ones and very little thanks comes their way. Slackers seem to skate by and only when it’s overwhelming obvious do they take action. Favoritism has been noticed and if you don’t play their game then you will just be one of the flock. In dispatch it’s hard to move up since the management level positions are so few and rarely do they leave to make room.

      I honestly can't think of any good points about WM.

      Cons

      Lying management Low pay Lots of employees with nothing to do, then others doing all the work... great place for the lazy and unambitious Promotions based on tenure and apple polishing, not merit Out of touch c suite No ethics or integrity HR protects lying management at the expense of rank and file Lying management, again
