      Pros

      Nothing best to work here the only best is if you don't want to have any work to do and want only a sitting work with nothing to do you can go here

      Cons

      1. No Employee oriented company they will not understand employee problem what we are facing they just think only about company 2. Partiality on Promotion and RNR as they will take forward only those employees which are management favourite they will not appreciate the hard worker 3. They doesn't count any senior employee as there assets, they repeatedly say we don't bother if anyone of leaving the company as we hire the new one 4. The work culture is very toxic as no one can fit with this type of environment

      to be honest no pros.

      Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
