      Pros

      Great company to work for as long as you follow the company LCR'S (life critical rules). Great pay, good co-workers, 5 day work weeks M-F, paid holidays, once you do well you'll get your own set routes. Route managers at this site are very nice to work with. Upper management has always been nice but sometimes micromanage but that comes from corporate I'm sure.

      Cons

      Not many cons for me personally. The strict rules can be a little annoying and the politics but overall not many cons. Managers who have never driven a garbage truck coach you on how to operate one. This one is annoying.

      I cannot think of any. This is an amazing place to work.

      I honestly can't think of any good points about WM.

      Cons

      Lying management Low pay Lots of employees with nothing to do, then others doing all the work... great place for the lazy and unambitious Promotions based on tenure and apple polishing, not merit Out of touch c suite No ethics or integrity HR protects lying management at the expense of rank and file Lying management, again
