Pros
- pay was decent for the area i lived in - 401k package is good
Cons
- rules. rules rules. all very silly too. you weren't allowed to walk around certain areas of the office if you weren't clocked in or you'd get written up. if you peeped a word to someone who was "working" while you were officially on your 10 min break you'd get written up. if you clock in 1 second late (i'm not over exaggerating) it gets marked on your record. - no sick leave. they like to pep you up by saying you're so lucky to get 18 vacation days as a new employee, what they do not tell you is that if you ever get sick you DO NOT have any sick leave and they actually MAKE YOU use your vacation hours if you call in sick rather than just opting not to get paid for the day you didn't show up to work. - dress code sucks. you sick behind a desk all day and they're very stingy about casual days or letting you way casual dress. they expect to see you in slacks and dress clothes everyday even though you will never, ever see a customer. - besides the fact that management doesn't know how to manage, expect to be cussed out and verbally abused by customers on a daily basis - and be expected to take it. instead of supporting their employees and giving them the right to hang up on an verbally abusive customers, they suggest that you suck it up and take it.
