      Pros

      this company is luxury company. i have learn lot of things here and work culture is best. They take every complaint seriously .Here you can get job security. in this company employees are highly stable average time is 5 years . promotion hike are based on performance . every year minimum hike is 5%.

      Cons

      There is discrimination with night shift employees,manager dont change shift .if you are in night shift /Day shift , you are facing problem and try to change shift but they will not change your shift .they are ready to take resignation but they are not ready for changing shift. Managers just use mobile in company every time and watch reel.

      to be honest no pros.

      Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
