Pros

They have hired people in customer service with little to no titles that have worked there for years that help newer employees faster than your supervisor.

Cons

Their database has not changed or updated in years. Their style of operation in customer service is bound to fail. Their systems run behind and are outdated. The calls are back to back and you have no time to work on calls that are not normal (more than 50% of your calls) without it counting against you. There is no communication between departments. The same problems happen over and over because nothing is input to fix the customers problems. It is expected to figure it out as you go or patronizing “woosah “ “it’s not so bad” It is. The customers are terrible because they have expected terrible service due to mass franchization, customers don’t have another option. When customers are escalated you are expected to handle the call until the supervisors are tired of hearing you as for their help. This company in whole fails to realized the utmost importance of ensuring employees feel supported. I expect the same response that was given to similar reviews two years ago. Nothing is different, this company makes too much money to care about the individuals who may be struggling. The training is terrible. You will not be supported. This company continues to wash over with blanket statements because production is all that matters.

Pros

to be honest no pros.

Working here was stressful, I was starting to deal with anxiety and panic attacks especially when dealing with my Supervisor who was awful since the moment he arrived. I'm one to always be respectful no matter what but at some point you loose respect and you can't allow anyone to disrespect doesn't matter if he's your boss. They fire the hard working people while keeping the ones that do more damage in the work place. Ones that could hurt other employees yet nothing was done while firing the good ones. The Manager that arrived before I was let go was even worst! I wasn't sure what I needed to let her know or not know because since day one when I communicated with her she just brushed me off and never got back to me about anything or she told me to take her off all the emails she was attached to. Then threaten me on an email if I didn't show up to work when I had requested a day off. I mean there's a lot more I can say about both of them. Now about HR... after I was let go I requested termination documents and personnel file in January I waited a month to do a follow up got the run arounds then I was told they were going to get back to me. I waited and did another follow up they ignored my email I did another follow up and got ignored again we are now in April still nothing.
