Pros

May be you will get a good tl

Cons

My experience at WM was one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences of my career. If you are considering joining WM, I strongly recommend asking HR in advance about the management structure and who your reporting managers will be. In my experience, the leadership under Manager Team Lead and Supervisor was highly unsupportive and ineffective. There was little to no structured training, and employees were often expected to learn complex processes on their own using outdated materials. Despite being responsible for managing the process, TL appeared to have limited understanding of several core aspects of the work, including basic process details and site coverage. Communication was repetitive and unhelpful, with concerns frequently dismissed rather than addressed constructively. The company promotes a “People First” culture, but that was not reflected in my experience. Employee concerns were not taken seriously, and raising issues about management often led to increased scrutiny and pressure instead of support. This created a highly stressful work environment that negatively affected my mental well-being. Rather than helping employees improve and grow, the leadership style felt biased and targeted. The overall atmosphere was discouraging and ultimately pushed me to resign. I would strongly advise anyone considering a role at WM to carefully assess the team culture, training support, and management approach before accepting an offer. :::`

Pros

1. If you are starting a career and willing to work long hours, you can have a head start here. 2. Very few good men.

Cons

1. No objective discussions or vision. 2. Make the product work first, think later and can end-up re-writing the whole project again.(Just becos they can and labor is cheap in India and there's no downside to the management) 3. Does not value people or respect them.

Thanks for candid feedback. Good to know that we have "Very few good men." Suggest you talk to leadership team and get your concerns resolved. There are very few things that can't be resolved.
