Excellent company to work with. Is employee centric and has very healthy and positive work environment. With change in Leadership and Kapil Behl taking over and India MD, things have turned upside down. Senior leadership is very supportive and follow an Open-Door policy. No hard work goes unnoticed. The appraisal system is transparent and offers best hike/packages in the industry I being a woman, feel so safe and valued here. My contribution appreciated and my thoughts/opinions are respected. All the hard work I put-in is always recognized and like all other employees, I get the freedom and space to choose my workway. Here I get the opportunity to innovative and add value to the organization and to my personal growth. Work life balance is perfect! This is one of the Best organizations I have ever worked with!
