USA, hence working with this company surely tags an experience of a multinational company on your resume. 2.International infrastructure. 3.Cool and smart leadership gives a healthy working environment. 4. Separate Learning and development team. 5. Great ideology and vision. Any passionate professional would love to join this company. Overall all a great company to work with !!

1. Solely depends on US so any external factor may harm. 2. Poor salary structure

Pros

1. If you are starting a career and willing to work long hours, you can have a head start here. 2. Very few good men.

Cons

1. No objective discussions or vision. 2. Make the product work first, think later and can end-up re-writing the whole project again.(Just becos they can and labor is cheap in India and there's no downside to the management) 3. Does not value people or respect them.
