Almost 'One and Half' year of length of service. Many fake reviews floating here for Gurgaon, atleast learn how to write fake reviews which look genuine. Company run on policy "BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT". During interview they claim to be fortune 200 for-sure WM Huston is fortune 250, however WM Logistics India Pvt Ltd is barely a ISO certified organization it's not even CMM Level 1. Security Guard at entrance SECRTELY jot down the time when you enter and leave the office premises, lol Fortune 200 company security guard is making time entry that too secretly. One can imagine the Management Mind set. Campus started in Aug 2017 since then almost employees from starting batch has left the organization due to the IT Manager and pathetic HR policies. Employees have been asked to leave for raising their voive against Manager/HR Policies. You can't raise your voice against wrong practices keep quiet and follow BOSS or else go out. Weak Manager he don't have courage to face strong employees and make them to leave. NO Organization Hierarchy, Juniors in team are leading the Seniors. 5 year experience employee and 10 year experience all are working at same designation. Retention and Exit interviews with HR are useless, despite employees have complained against Senior Manager and Policies no action has been taken, they don't even care you stay. Promotion and Appraisal make sure you are Eye and Ear of Manager OR belong to his favorite team else be ready for average or almost 0% hike. They implement all BPO and Indore office policies on IT gurgaon which will never work. Some Work/HR policies should be different for IT, they can not make IT/Digital run like BPO and local company.
