Company review - Process Associate WM Universal Employee Review

It is an awesome company to work in.

There aren't any cons in the Company.

1. If you are starting a career and willing to work long hours, you can have a head start here. 2. Very few good men.

1. No objective discussions or vision. 2. Make the product work first, think later and can end-up re-writing the whole project again.(Just becos they can and labor is cheap in India and there's no downside to the management) 3. Does not value people or respect them.
